Functional description | SPARC may serve an important role in pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. The inhibitory effects on cell viability, migration, angiogenesis and cellular adhesion of HRCECs induced by high concentrations of glucose were reversed once the expression of SPARC was inhibited. |
